Not having a classification means not wanting to have games of that stature. Not being allowed to sell unrated games is illegal. It's called a goddamn ban and its a messed up system (for anyone who gives a damn about the games)

We have never had an R rating, it's just never been implemented. Just because the government hasn't made one doesn't mean they are not making one because they don't want one. We have an R rating for movies, if the government was all censorship anti free speech like you all make it out to be, they wouldn't allow R rated movies.

There is currently a Government Discussion paper out on an R rating for video games and the government is requesting input from the public about it, if they simply didn't want R rated video games, they wouldn't be doing all of this lol.

It's a form you fill out sharing your views on an R rating, and if the government see's there is alot of support for it, they will make an R rating. Theres no votes, they don't count each submission form or anything.
