I used to think HL2.net was as bad as it could get but these people make /b/tards look positively stable.
Part of me desperately wants to save these poor souls from themselves, slap them a bit and make them rejoin reality. The other part knows its too late, they are already too far gone, un-salvageable wrecks of humanity, the lowly dregs of human evolution who's only salvation will come from themselves by some genes switching on and altering their brains to make them realize how utterly moronic their obsession really is and maybe rejoining human society and contributing positively in some fashion or another like most relatively normal people.
But chances are the best we can hope for is they actually try and live out in the wild and get eaten by a raccoon.
