Avatar related bug

[Danimal]

I recently changed my avatar (As you can see) and when I clicked 'Save settings' it says there is an error and could not load the avatar.

But, hey hey! It changed... This happens to me all the time with .gifs so is there a reason for this? Or am I the only one...
