But I don't care about age myself, was just curious really. I never got into PC games, been consoles all my life. And now that I'm waiting on 360, I thought I would kill time on this game, but damn this game is amazing.

im 26, been gaming since 1987 (yes i was 8 when i started) First gaming experience was with my uncle's Vic 20. Didnt actually get my own games machine until i was 10 A Commodore C64 later on moving to consoles with the Sega Mastersystem and NES.

Started Gaming on the Amiga in 1992 with an A1200, then moved over to the PC in 1994 and spent many hours killing everything in sight with Doom and follow up games like Duke 3D, Hexen, Descent and Quake.

Been a PC gamer for roughly 13 years now, although i still play the odd console game from time to time, but never really got into them much since the SNES and Megadrive days.

I don't know Counter-strike people aren't all that stupid, unless you go to some server named I R 1337. Ive seen some pretty cool communities on CS like no other game.

the CS crowd has always had a bad name, but in reality any game community has its arseholes....you just have to find decent servers. I've been playing cs for years now, and have had very little trouble with the darkside of players!
Tho cs does tend to get people angry- just because of the long wait you can have between rounds.....in games with reinforcement waves, the wait is less, so less smack is talked.
Unfortunately, the smacktards just make playing the game a nightmare, instead of the chat window - can anyone say 'bf2', and 'mature community' in the same sentence, without bursting into laughter.
