AWP Exploit Fixed?

Sorry if this has been asked before.

This one is for all you lucky CS:S players out there. Have they fixed the stupid AWP exploit, where you can shoot and press 'Q' (switch to another weapon), which saves you a bullet and lots of time? Have they fixed that stupid bug in CS:S?

that was fixed in a version of cs 1.6
