I like it.

"Can you survive the marketing bullshit?" :p

It looks like a custom covertart for Matrix.

Valve didn't create Team Fortress or Counter-Strike.

Not very impressed, but I don't really give a shit about the box.

Yay, box art for a game I have bought on Steam... Valve should give us a box anyway! :p
Still, not bad box art though I don't really care about box art, just as long as the game inside is good.

Valve didn't create Team Fortress or Counter-Strike.

Maybe so, but they sure as anything gave it the overhaul and polish that has made them incredible, memorable games. Technically they have created these games.

What's with the marketing hate? I think it goes well with the whole cheesy horror movie aspect of it.

Anyways, I am glad Valve is showing their stuff, as long as they don't sell out and start making shit games.

Exactly. We've already seen those movie poster title screens for each chapter of the game, how is this any different?

Very cool. I hope this game puts a lot of money in Valve's pocket so they can keep putting out great games.

Why is the black dude totally running along the zombies in the third screenshot?

"IF I IGNORE EM THEY'LL IGNORE ME" :|

And what kind of wretched eye shadow is that woman in the second screenshot wearing? Doesn't go with her shirt at all.

20 NEW maps? 10 NEW weapons?

Is it really necessary for them to say they're new? Makes it sound like it's a mod.

Not as good as it could be, but I honestly could care less.

"20 Maps! 10 Weapons!" sounds admittedly plain and boring.

Not as good as it could be, but I honestly could care less.

>could care less

xbox

You do realize consoles aren't like PCs, and a lot of the stuff that the developer has to do is dictated by the console manufacturer, in this case Microsoft. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the stuff on the box and the menu interface were based on Microsoft's requirements.

I don't see what's wrong with trying to advertise your game. I mean, they spent a shit lot on marketing, TV ads, etc. If the game is fun, why get hot and bothered over box art.
