Battlefield vietnam thinks its installed

I had a problem with my computer which is now rectified during which I installed BFV. I am now trying to install it again but it thinks its is still installed can i cant do a repair install even. What should I do?

go into add/remove programs and forcibly uninstall the game, if the files have already been deleted, then it will ask you if you want to remove the game from the installed programs list. That should do it. If it does not, then the next step would be to delete the registry keys that reference the installation. But be careful doing that, we'll help. Also check on BFV's forums and website, maybe someone else has had this problem.
