Well, ive been working out for nearly 2 years(not too much i know). I am wondering what kind of muscles benching excercises? because on one day, i do biceps, then the next day, i do triceps, and on and on. ive been doing my benching with biceps, but i need information on what mucles i really am working by benching

Can we just have a stickied workout thread that's moderated by SR?

I think bench presses primarily work your triceps and pecs, and probably a bit of your shoulder (the muscle on top - I don't know many muscle names :o).

You really shouldn't worry about benching working other muscles out too much. I do believe it uses your shoulders a lil bit, but not too much. You might wanna try combining some of your exercise days too. From my experience, when you include more exercises in one day, it improves muscle mass.
Possibility working more muscles in a smaller amount of time I'm guessing would increase your testosterone, as long as adequate rest is given to heal.

What you do wanna focus on is where you want to build your pecks. If you bench on an incline, you will work the upper half of your chest. Bench on a decline and it will work the lower half of your chest. There are two muscles in your pectorals.

Decline = Boobish look. Useful for peck dancing
Incline = More toned

The days I work my chest, I do a combo of regular benching, mixed with a decline, then the next day I work out, I do regular benching with an incline.

Do push-ups too. Keep switching it up.

Super-set your bench with pull-ups. If you can succesfully do plenty of pull-ups after a tough bench, you know you have some kind of power in you. Thing is, most people can't pull-up to save their lives even if they were fresh.

Pull-ups are the manliest, gnarliest, and outright greatest exercise ever.

declined as in the chair horizontal? and inclined as in 90ish angle?

It depends on your grip which muscles it works. Triceps aren't worked as much unless you use a close grip if I'm not mistaken.
