Curb Your Enthusiasm
I can't stand watching that program. The guy is such a bad actor that it makes me cringe just looking at him.

Father Ted.

I really can't think of anymore comedies.

Arrested Development people! Come on!
Reno 911 is hilarious if you have a certain sense of humor (like meh)
Family Guy

When is that Family Guy on in the UK? It must be on a cable/digital channel, which means I probably won't have have the channel it's on.

I saw this funny clip of it. The camera perspective was as if it was spying through a hole into a girl's locker room, then the girls start to scream when they notice it, and the camera pans out and the guy isn't even hiding in a locker, he's standing there with a paper bag over his head, ahhhh that was funny.

I think it was from Ebaumsworld or BanThis.

First of all it was a peice of wood, JEESE!. And second of all if u get adult swim up in the UK its on adult swim at like 11 or 11:30 im not sure.

My favorites

Family Guy
Reno 911
The Daily Show
Home Videos
Tom Goes to The Mayor (really funny sometimes, other times not really)

WHAT?! No family guy - why not?
Even your sig. is a family guy quote
Goodness *slaps self* I cant believe I forgot the family guy!
arrested development is really funny too I just never get around to watching it.

According To Jim - Same joke repeated into infinity = not funny/not funny at all

Curb Your Enthusiam in my opinion is by far the funniest comedy on TV. In fact I don't think anything else is close to being able to compete. Maybe a few of the better Seinfelds, but that is only because Larry David wrote those too.

Here are some very, very distant second place finishers in my list.

Chappelle Show
Seinfeld
Family Guy

Curb is definitely a love/hate type of show. I can understand if certain people don't like it, or rather him (L.D.).

Little Britain is the best comedy ever, aswell as Fawlty towers and any Monty Python ofcourse :D

Ah! How could i have forgotten Monthy Python and Fawlty Towers

Quality Stuff...

Seinfeld
Futurama
Red Dwarf
Black Books
Garth Marenghi's Darkplace (One series only, but hilarious stuff)
Little Britain
Father Ted
Monty Python's Flying Circus

Southpark
Daily Show
Curb Your Enthusiasm

Seinfeld, Futuramam, Monty Python etc, while funny, are all series that have ended so they don't really count in my book.

There are very few good comedy shows on TV around here these days,
but my current favourites are Seinfeld, Freaky Finnertys (Grounded for Life) and Everybody loves Raymond.

I've never seen Seinfeld...it seems like I have missed something...

They show it often on Paramount Comedy, if you have that channel. It is easily one of the (if not the) funniest shows I've ever seen. You may have heard of the Soup Nazi, since that's one of the most popular episodes/characters.

Like a lot of them - yeah Seinfield was shown in Ireland (so by that logic it MUST have been shown in the UK!)

I like Big Train better than Little Britain to be honest.

Fawtly towers and Monty Python are good shows too, just haven't watched them in years.

If you haven't seen Big Train, I recommend it very much!
