[EDIT] - Also Lord of Destruction has a great intro, and Starcraft was pretty damn cool.

Pretty much any Final Fantasy/Squaresoft RPG's....(Final Fantasy X especially)
Final Fantasy XI (Even though the game isn't out in US yet, if you search the net, you can find the intro to the game. Its verrrry snazzy, especially when you see all those little Taru Taru's summon Meteor and you see all these meteors rain down on the battlefield....)
