Best Horror Flims

I can understand people hating The Grudge, because it was utter dogshit and ripped the concept of Ju-On to shreds and added crap CGI and a nonexistent plot.

Que? I managed to understand the plot even while being scared shitless.

Is it sad that I just got what Que-Ever's username meant?

...Yeah.

Idk, it just seemed like a mess to me.

Maybe it's because I saw Ju-On first and then The Grudge, Ju-On was a lot easier to understand.

Oh yeah the Omen, that was an awesome as well. The part with the nanny creeps the shit outta me

...Knocked Up must have scared the shit out of you
Don't even mention it! I couldn't sleep for weeks after seeing it. Whoever made that movie must have a sick and twisted mind that doesn't know love.

Attack of The Killer Clowns from Outerspace
Troll
Troll 2

-All excellent cheesey horror movies to watch with friends late at night.

The town in Troll 2, Nilbog, he finds out is actually Goblin spelled backwards! DUN-DUN-DUN! lmao

theres a few

the shining
the thing
jacob's ladder
event horizon
blair witch project
cloverfield
28 days later
session 9
the mothman prophecies

out of that selection though, i'd pick mothman and jacob's ladder to be the scariest. jacob's ladder especially. i still remember the first time i saw it, in bed at about 1 in the morning on bbc 2 and i shat my pants. its not especially jump scary, its just so insanely ...wrong ...unlike any other film i've ever seen. it just feels very fleshy and raw at parts that strike a nerve

i picked mothman because its an extremely well made underrated horror film and theres something very fresh about the way it was made that i think went under the radar to be fair. if you like horror, see it

Mothman? Scary?!

I thought it was incredibly dull but it had a great soundtrack and good production values.

I actually consider Mothman as one of the scariest I've seen. It's not the same kind of scary as most horror movies, but it does a good job of creating a fear of the unknown. It does drag on a little long, but I wouldn't consider that a serious problem.

The Thing, Blair Witch Project, Alien.

Thats it really

Oh yeah forgot my bestest favorite horror movie, Grudge 2: The Grudgening.

Infection
The Ring
Texas Chainsaw Massacare
Pet Semetary
