Best monitor for gaming under $200?

What would be your choice for the best monitor you could buy for under 200 american? It would have to be good for gaming and general use.

I have good luck with futureshops 19" CRT Cicero monitor. It can reach 1600 by 1200 at 60Hz and at 1280 by 1024 it does 75.

Check out azatek.com - I'm going to buy a 21" DiamondTron from there. They seem to be the best, and can reach 1600x1200 at 85hz!! They also have a lot of other refurbished monitors for great prices.

I really like my old Trinitron. But I'm not sure how much they go for now. Mine is about 4 years old now and still works great.
