Lego star wars as best action? What the.... It was a fun game but damn there was better stuff out there. Seeing as Condemned was nominated I would've rather had that win instead :x.

I think they were taking this piss when the named lego star wars best action game, and if they weren't, they have issues. VERY pleased to see Company of Heroes named game of the year, agree completely.

Wait.. wait.. Dark Crusade isn't an expansion! ITS A FREAKIN STAND-ALONE GAME! Technically, you would want to have the other 2 be expansions, since it adds on to Dark Crusades story and playable races! OMG WHO TOLD THEM IT WAS AN EXPANSION?
Good choice though.

I think Lego Star Wars should have been under the 'Best Comedic Action game' Catagory.

2006 was a terrible year all around, nothing brilliant or exceptionally original. Bring on Spore, Bioshock and UT2K7/msuc2 mods.

The oblivion story was absolutely pathetic.

It started off, and it had patrick stewart talking and I was like OMG this is going to fantastic. It was all set up brilliantly, then Stewart dies and the story turns into OMG GET THE AMULET!
