Christ, who still buys Sims games? I swear, they are always on top. Glad to see KOTOR and Call of Duty doing okay.

it sickens me that people have enough time in their lives to micro manage some one elses life

I remember some old lady in a news report on game addictions..she was like 50-something...she said that she pretty much gets home from work...plays sims online...then goes to sleep. She plays Sims more than 50 hours a week...and she says she's not in any way addicted.

wtf?! where can i get games for $30!

the sims was a great game... after the third expansion I nearly puked....... WTF!?!?!?!?! STOP IT PLZ PLZ STOP IT WITH EXPANSIONS

When 3 (three!) Sims games outsell KOTOR, you know something is terribly wrong with the world.

People ask themself all the time:
What have we done?
Why do they want to kill us?
Why are there terrorists?
Why such meaningless violence against civilians?
Well, I can answer that with 2 words: The Sims.

7th is good, all the others are total crap that women and wussies buy.

Sims is ok, but for the lousy graphics and ropey AI (if one person is at the bin, then the rest just drop their shit on the floor....annoying), and shoddy household applicances. The sequel looks far better graphically, but I'm uncertain as to whether the life cycle approach is that good an idea. I remember how frustrating that was with Creatures I & II, what should of been fun, just became a chore.

Damn Sims....

Like I've said before. The Sims is nothing but a mere graphical text-based chat room in which your avatar can piss itself. And The Sims 2 is the exact same game except now your avatar can piss itself with more detail

:flame:

Don't you mean The Sims Online is a graphical chat room?

You can't chat in the sims.

yeah KoToR is pretty funky, I'm just playing it right now. The inventory system is a tad shitty, but otherwise it's all good. Certainly one of this years better offerings.

I like the sims persoanally, but i know the expansions are just a cash in, but i liked The sims, becasue it was totally different to anything i'd seen before.

My fav game at the moment is Warcraft 3 plus the expansions....both games for £20 in WHSmith...a total bargain in my opinion. Plus its too close to xmas to buy latest games, casue i dunno wht games my parents have got me.
