Well, its not over yet, so ill assume you mean the end of the third season.

Jim and Karen went to the job interview, Jim had the interview and when asked if he could make it for the long hual, he hesistates. The next we see of him is back at the scranton office where he walks in on one of those one-on-one interviews with pam and the camera crew, and he asks her if shes available for dinner that night, she says yes and looks really happy, and thats how it ends. The new season just started up last week and the rest of it is made clear, but I wont say anything about that unless you want me to, since you can watch the full episode on nbc's website now.

ah nevermind, i thought it was like a similar story bewtween Dawn and Tim from the original BBC 'The Office' but its different.
 
For a while there SNL had a pretty big dry spell but the latest cast really seems to step it up.

Yeah, there was a point where I liked MADTV better, but now SNL is better again.
