Oh shit, so how are the Xenosaga games? I got REALLY bored playign Xenogears since 90% of the game was talking, sadly....but are these better? They are prequels to Xenogears, right?

They're not actually related to the Xenogears games. More like spiritual successors. And there's a LOT of story. I think all the cutscenes together are like...8 hours? But I enjoy them greatly. Though its not for everyone. It might come off as a bit pretentious, but its a grand tale.

So far LoZ: TP has surprised me with its story.. it's pretty damn engrossing (and epic!).

I never got into LoZ: TP's story.. I mean, at the beginning, it was awesome. Now, I'm near the end and I'm going "Are you sure this isn't LoZ: OoT?"

I'd have to say... Splinter Cell Double Agent for this year... Ain't a great year for Storylines

Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops actually did have a good story (for me, anyways..), then again, I'm a big sucker for all MGS games..

I was very impressed by Shadow of the Colossus' execution of the story, although the story itself was a little simplistic.

Okami definitely pegs out my top spot this year.
