Better window management

I love windows 7 but one area where it lacks is sorting multiple windows. It's all or nothing: either you're dealing with ALL of your windows at once, or none of them. Is there a better window organizer? A shortcut key that I can hit that will re-size all my windows so I can see them all at once? Alt Tab doesn't cut it, it's better than it was in previous windows versions but it's not there.
Any programs I can download? Thanks for any advice.

Not exactly sure what you're asking for. If you have a widescreen monitor, you can just drag a window to the side and it will fit it to that half of the screen. Simple way to work with 2 windows at once.

At my work I frequently have ~10 windows going at once, split with 3 monitors. I'd like a way to see all those windows at once. I know OS X has something like that and for once I think Apple got it right. I just want a "big picture"
Windows can be a pain.
