Any kid in their bedroom can knock up a 'box art' with photoshop... what's the big deal with this? looks amateurish to me.
Font is too small, and it's missing a strapline. Also way too much valuable real estate taken up by such an insignificant thing as a web address is a big no-no. Nil Points.
