Just to get the thread moving again (if anyone cares that is), here is the official confirmation that it is indeed coming to the PS3 with enhancements in tow.

The everlasting rumor about last year's Xbox 360 hit BioShock popping up on the PS3 turns out to be true. According to the July issue of EGM, publisher 2K Games has confirmed that the underwater shooter is making the transition to Sony's shores.

Those aren't all from the PS3 version. I remember reading somewhere that a 2K representative said some of them are actually really old pre-release PC screens.

It's mostly the fact that the screenshots show Big Daddies that were cut out from the original game. Although it's possible that 2K is lying and trying to hide the "surprise," they seem insistent that at least one of them (Flat-Face, as I like to call him) won't be in the PS3 version.

But if they add new stuff, and don't release it for the PC, I will raise hell.

Iirc, they said they would release new genes and stuff for the PC... and that never happened.

Don't get your hopes up.

Uh, they did release the new Plasmids in the 1.1 patch. They're the ones that say "(Download)" next to their names and all seem to cost just 1 Adam.
