I was just looking at a torrent I have running, which has the following
Seeds: 0 of 0 connected (672 in swarm)
Peers: 68 of 658 connected (1330 in swarm)

I understand what seeds and peers are, but I don't get why there are 3 sets of numbers for each? Surly it should just be total connected and the total avalible (swarm?)

Basically, I want to know, in the following - x of y connected (z in swarm) - what do x, y and z represent?

(p.s - utorrent owns. If you haven't tried it, check it out)

Azuerus my friend.
x = Number of people you are connected to.
y = Total number of people.
z = Total number of people that the people are connected to I think, I'm probably wrong.

Thanks. When you say total number that people are conencted to, do you mean from other torrents?

I used to use azuerus, its great, I love the web interface, but its fat and heavy and slow compared to utorrent. utorrent just feels light and easy.
