Heheh, I just loved the idea of a "forum war" versus endless hordes of spammers, so I decided to go off on a tangent and attempt to draw a side story with no permission whatsoever! I'm just like one of those trashy magazines that revels in it's "unofficial, unauthorised" sleazy articles! 'Cept it'll earn me less money.

Hopefully CrazyHarij will forgive me for making him the main character, and not bothering to finalise the first page... I swear I'll actually do more than a rough concept for the next page. Honest. I just chickened out after drawing a G-man who looks like he's been spliced with ET and possibly Yoda. And again, please don't kill me you two...

You DO know that HL2 flame thread was flamebait me and Crazy came up with?

I better be in that comic too, it was my damn idea to get Crazy to fake-hate HL2

Pretty good. I liked the subtleness of the "Oh, Crap." in the last line.

Gave me a bit of a chuckle.

I do know about that Dalamari (and it's the stuff that awful soaps are made of)... I've got you as a character in Part Deux (you okay with being a government official who has an apple for a head?) ;)

I'll probably draw Lennie the robot again too. No storyline significance, I just like his weird shape. I'd colour things in, but I'm a lazy lazy man.

Hmm. I think I've abused my scanner for too long... some of the images must've really hurt its feelings :(

Bah... I've got another page completed in the backlog, but because my scanner is now only accepting an insanely small scan area (it's a software issue thank god, but right this instant I don't want to fiddle with it) I'm limited at how much I can actually put up at any one time... here's 90% of part two, I'll just tag on something extra for Numero 3.

Hope people can read it and make sense of it all (as if); the page is a bit cramped because I had to do some impromptu frame relocation due to the aforementioned jiggery scanner... but woo anyway!

And danke for the feedback all... it's not exactly up to the rest of this subforums standards but I feel all warm inside still :D

I did try colouring them in but you wouldn't believe how awful they end up looking :eek: Biro sketches just aren't made for it, although I wish I could give Dalamari his lush red tones- he'd look great, despite the spammer eating his leg.

Still waiting on that scanner of mine... typically it's up and running (more or less), but I'm not at liberty to use that computer at the moment. I have too many damn relatives in far away places!

They'll eventually return and save the day! Possibly. And I promise I'll put up the next two "episodes" tommorow once I've finished work, all things going to plan...
 
Of course, you could always scan it in at an internet cafe. Thats what I used to do before I found a scanner in my attic.
 
It's not so much a working scanner as actually getting time enough to use the scanner... but good idea about the cafe; there's no reason why I can't dive into one directly after my shift.

As promised: new cra- uh, content!
 
And part four... you may notice that I haven't typed the text this time round, and there's a good reason for it. I'm lazy :D

I just had to draw Lennie in a combat situation. Maybe next time round I can deploy my personal EgoBomb!

EDIT: Uh, don't know what happend there but it sure as hell wasn't good. I'll tweak this one before doing anything, maybe it was so awful my internet died in protest.

Yay for delayed reaction... uh, reactions. Regrettably I murdered part five so I'm going to redraw it. Meanwhile, here's a teaser, drawn to my usual high standards- in mere moments- to keep your appetite whetted.

Hope you don't take my interpretation of you too seriously Harij... you're a cool guy :p I just thought it'd be neat if there were a few forumites with access to the "dark side" of forum powers- abilities previously thought to be exclusive to the evil forces of the Spammers...

And seriously, thanks everyone. I now feel like I'm producing something laughable, but in a good way :D
