What is a good free site to start a blog? I've already tried blogger.com.

Don't use blogger, xanga, livejournal, deadjournal, greatestjournal, etc.

Find someone to host you, which is really easy, especially if you look on anime forums and stuff, where everyone has a website that's like chirping-angel-chibi.net, and then install Greymatter, Movable Type, Textpattern, or the like.

I use greymatter, completely customizable and the best one to use. Requires actual knowledge of HTML and all that, but it's a great, great program. Textpattern is wonderful too, but I stopped using it because I don't know XML.

Nope, it doesn't class you as anything if you blog, but given the content of that post, it classes you as a hypocrite.

I blog because i have a few friends who aren't online much (or when i am), and who live abroad or in another part of the country who want to know what i'm up to.
