Is there a mod or a patch that adds into game that blue beam manipulator seen in e3 trailer? (Gordon moves objects from a distance with it)

That gun is cut and as far as I know not in any mods, apart from gmod, which has a gun that is very similar.

Yes, the left button shoots weak beam / right button creates weld balls one.

I also read from somewhere that you could weld stuff together or to walls and other surfaces with the gravitygun.
