Yazu, our teams vehicle modeler just finished modelling the BMW 7 series. The model is not skinned yet, so the interior looks kinda funky.

Polycount is around 8k, if I understood Yazu right.

Even if its not skinned, that's good enough for me :)
 
Only if it was possible with special high tech equipment I could suck all your modelers skill out of there brain :D into mine! :D

ye i would like to see the wire frame. Seems dodge to be so smooth its proberly like 8k as editable poly. Not path :O don;t u have to turn all models into patch before importing them into any game? unless the game works on squares.

Here's a printscreen from the car in edged face mode. Yazu has told me that the precise polycount is 8.6 k, and without the wheels it's around 5.6 K.

ye it proberly could be 9k I fort it had interia as well.
 
u can make it much more lower on poly by removing some on the underneath and other parts and u wont really loose any quality.
edit: oh and u could make the insides low poly coz it wont be seen much

it all depends on how much it will be seen ingame.
 
well, if your going to be shooting at and blowing up the vehicle then, you'll need the bottom polies for when it flips....oh and for when you go at high speed over that ramp.......or when you get run over and you go underneath
 
id ont mean delete them i mean make it one the whole vehicle loooks teselated so im assuming th bottom isnt one poly.
