Bodies in The Sims 2

Is there any way to change or modify the bodies of Sims. I really want to make certain Sims short or tall, or extra buff. Is there any way I can do this?

I know you can customize their faces, but what about their bodies? The most I've managed to customize my Sims bodies is changing whether they're fat or thin. Am I just stupid and not seeing all the options available?!

Have them work out in the gym, that will make them buff. After a while they get fat, and they have to exercise on the weights or whatever and in the pool.
Have any 3rd-party programs come out yet for it? I've been waiting for all the cheat objects.

Well, I found something. There's a cheat for tallness. Its StretchSkeleton [numerical value]. If the value is 1, than the Sim is normal height. My tall Sims are around 1.15 and the short ones are .9. Of course, you can make them really different to make some very freakish sims (and you will probably experience some clipping errors and animation screw ups, too.)

I don't think the values are retained when you leave the lot. I'm not too sure, but I'm too tired to find out. Hopefully Maxis will release some tool that allows FULL customization of the Sim's body.
