Is this website a hoax? Ive just been sent another chain email with a petition to lcose it down. I remember reading that so many people beleived this it was investigated by the FBI. Can someone comfirm, is this a hoax or for real?

I'd say its a hoax, but I'm not sure. If its real, which i doubt it is, its such a shame for the little cats.
