Nicely done, although you should have changed phys_timescale to something lower than default value to get slow motion effect on the flying objects :)

How do you convert demos to .avi's?

This is asked everytime someone posts a movie lol

Search for homemade and you will find the method most people use.

For the lazy... search for posts by jacen

-) put that in ur autoexec.cfg
bind "F11" "host_framerate 30; startmovie temp"
bind "F12" "endmovie"
-) record demos while u play
-) run the demo
-) press f11 to start recording
-) press f12 to stop recording
-) download virtualdub
-) file -> open video -> image sequence
-) select the first of the .tga files (should be named mapnam_tmp_0000.tga)
-) audio -> wav audio -> temp.wav in the hl2 directory
-) file -> save avi -> select destination and name

thats the method i used, it works nice. just make sure you have a few gigs free on your drive for all the screenshots (30 per second)

but those can all be deleted after you compile the avi

Sweet thanks!, but after seeing all the work and space it takes, I think ill stick with fraps  .
