Yes they said noon pst but it is now 2:25 pst meaning they ONCE AGAIN are not on time, which is not surprising from valve.

Because noon isn't exactly 12PM all the time. Noon is the time of day. Like morning, evening, & night.

PST is -8GMT...

By that logic what time of day would afternoon fall under, 5-6pm? Noon is 12pm just like midnight is 12am (or am I mixing up and am and pm). That just sounds like a cheap way to cover their asses.
