Bottleneck

I have a athlon xp 1800 and am overclocking at 1.89ghz video card is geforce4 mx 64mgs and system ram 512mg DDR.

I was wanting to upgrade a video card and keep my cpu till prices come down a bit. Whats the best video card i can get that would not be bottlenecked by my cpu?
Or should I just get a gig of ram?

should i just get 512 ram and instead of buying another video card save up get athlon 64, motherboard, and x800. Basically, i'm asking how long with 9800 pro 128 be useful.

Edit: cuz ram isn' going to change right? i should be very safe with ram (as in moving it from one motherboard to the next)
is the 9800 directx9?

Well, if you truely are going to save up for another upgrade, yes definately get more RAM that you can just use in your next motherboard, but that extra RAM won't give much more performance out of your pc for gaming.
