How can you quantify a percentage if you don't know what you don't know? Perhaps we actually know 90%, or perhaps 1%. Who knows? I don't.

I don't know, someone made that claim anyway, I'm not sure of the foundation of that claim. Perhaps they are making a vague analysis based on what brain cells have yet to be discovered that control certain bodily functions. I'm not entirely clear as to the evidence. All I know is that was in a scientific journal or article.
