Breaking Bad Season 3

So is Jesse just straight up evil now? It seemed like he really cares about his parents, but then he goes and does that. Also, that place better look god damn amazing if they put $400,000 just into repairs. That house was not even close to worth $800k.

The pizza thing was hilarious too. I wonder if they intended for that to happen, or if he just threw it in 'anger' and it landed up there, and the director decided to roll with it. Because that must have taken several, several takes to make it happen so casually.

I think he was trying to make amends with his parents, but the father didn't want him in the house, so he just said to himself, f*ck it, and bought the house

Is it really nessesary to put everything in Spoilers? I mean, if someone is looking at the last page on a Season 3 thread, I would expect them to have at least watched Season 2 all the way.

On topic
I loved the buying of the house. Saul, even if he is a "dirtbag" still manages to come off as a genius.

I had this aurgment in another thread, I think was the lost thread, people will just bitch about it, just encase somebody hasn't seen the latest episode, best to use spoilers.

Well:

I really need to catch up on the second season, I can't remember the entire story with the guy in the wheel chair. I also don't know who Jesse was trying to call the entire time, anyone know?

Finally, couldn't believe Skyler, aint that a bitch for you.

Overall great episode, this season is slowly getting better and better.

Guy in the wheelchair was there with Jesse and Walter when they had the confrontation out in the desert with Tuco. It was like the biggest scene in the entire show, you seriously can't remember it? And Jesse was calling his girlfriend's (who is dead, in case you forgot) phone number to hear her voice on the message.
And what do you mean "slowly" getting better? This was the third episode.

I remember parts of it but since its been almost a year since I've seen season 2 no, I seriously don't remember. Just read the wiki page which was helpful.

That's kind of what I though but I wasn't sure why he was calling it. I though maybe he had lost his mind and thought she would actually answer.

And I mean better now that the main parts of the story are starting to evolve. No more concentrating on the bullshit plane crash but we have people that want to kill Walt, they're getting back in the drug game, and Hank is losing his shit. Speaking of which why did Hank attack those people? Just for shits and giggles because he is losing his mind or am I missing something?

God damnit, Skyler is such a BITCH.

As for Hank, I have 2 theories. Either he was trying to be a badass and get out pent up energy and stress to prepare for his second time in El Paso, or he was trying to do something irresponsible so that his boss would cancel his transfer.
Good episode.

Its something more than that I think. Leaving his gun in his car is a sign that he wants to do himself harm. Maybe hes trying to harden up so this time he can deal with the shit that messed him up in El Paso, or maybe hes freaking out so bad about it that he'd rather hurt himself so he wouldn't have to go. I can't think of many situations where he would intentionally leave his weapon behind. If he was just being stressed out and venting, he still would have kept his gun in case. Same with being irresponsible and picking a fight, I don't think he would intentionally put away his weapon before starting shit. Hes intentionally disregarding his own safety and wellbeing for a specific reason.

You basically just said the same thing I did. Perhaps I didn't get it across clear enough. Trying to harden up. He left his gun to prove to himself that he didn't need it. If he had his gun he'd be a sissy in his mind, having a gun when nobody else did.

But thats not what I meant. I mean he was trying to hurt himself.

I saw it differently. If I was gonna go start some shit with 2 guys I would leave my gun behind if I didn't have an intention of using it. In a fight with 2 guys they could easily grab your gun and you'd be dead. But I guess I look at this too much through a real world perspective. But yeah, I do think this was an attempt to get out of the transfer.

So I just now started watching the episode... wasn't able to catch it last night.

As soon as I saw Danny Trejo, I announced to myself, "Great... I bet it was those two badasses who chopped off his head... you know, because they're badass that way."

And 'lo and behold, I was right. Who would have thunk it.

EDIT: "They are not like you and I................ they are badasses that are meant to seem frighteningly badass because of the dark music that follows them wherever they go."

Honestly... those guys ****ing annoy the shit out of me right now. Everything without them is great, everything with them is ****ing stupid as **** ever since I saw the opening episode for this season. That's how I feel anyway.

EDIT:

I'm glad Walter finally came clean in the best way possible. There was no bullshitting, there was none of that... he did what I wanted him to do... he told her that he did it for them, for the family. Which is the absolute truth. That's what I was waiting for all along.

Also... Skyler is a ****ing **** and she needs to die. Maybe by a visit by the two "badasses".

can we just make it an unwritten rule that if someone hasn't seen all the episodes thus far that they should just not come in this thread? I find these spoiler tags annoying.

Also, Skyler is a **** bag. Unless she pulls a 180 and starts chopping off heads i'll be glad when she's outta the picture.

Oh shit, I think you just described whats going to happen in the season finale. It actually would make sense since she is getting in the way of Walter cooking again.

I say we stop with the spoilers. I would be more cautious if there seemed like there was anyone who was interested in it who wasn't able to keep up with the most current episodes when they're released, but it seems like its just us few in this thread and it doesn't look like anyone comes back to here without having seen the latest.

Good ep. Happy to know what I.F.T. actually means now :p

Well I don't know, they really can't delay the Jesse/Walter reunion for too much longer. People wouldn't stand an entire season without seeing Walter cooking, and I assume the producers know that.

Well if you saw the preview for next week it appears the Jesse is not able to make the same quality meth as Walt. So that will be interesting.

God damn it spoilers. haha

I purposely don't watch the previews because they ruin the next episode.

Not much of a spoiler. Of course Jesse can't make Walter-quality meth!

If you dont want to know about next week dont read this spoiler. I'm just correcting myself.

I dont know why I do that so often, instead of writing "now" I write "not". I mean he can make just as good quality meth, it was blue in color.

lol, first thing I did was open the spoiler. Then I read your non-spoilered comment, and I was like "OH SHIT" and opened my eyes really wide and forced them to focus on one spot while trying to hide the spoiler. Kinda hurt my eyes, but I did it!

I don't really get to see them when you guys do. And sometimes I forget an episode has aired and enter this thread to check out the discussions.

But I don't really care about spoilers.

Completely forgot that it was back. I finally managed to watch all three episodes.
Man, what a bitch that Skyler is. Walt needs to go "Heisenberg" on her ass.

Just a heads up for any Daily Show with Jon Stewert fans. Bryan Cranston will be on the daily show on Monday.

Breaking Bad in short:
1) We can't sell drugs anymore. I am quitting!
2) Oh no, I am getting bored and shit.
3) Let's make drugs again!
4) Oh boy this is fun, I am badass!
5) Oh no, consequences! We can't sell drugs anymore!
6) Repeat

They're not hardened criminals. Yet.

Which shows do you like? I wanna piss all over them.

Finished season 2 recently, very excited for season 3.

Latest episode seemed to be a filler, but its opened doors to further plot development, so I have nothing against it.

I love seeing Jesse talking science stuff, stuff that he learned from Walter. But it sucks that Walter is being a bitch now. Skyler poisoned him by being a bitch first.

I liked this episode. The Pollos guy is interesting as hell, I'm really interested to see where this season ends up.

Pollos seems concern for Walter in a business kind of way, he seems he doesn't want the two cartel guys at him.

Jesse seems can't make good meth, he seems he needs Walt to help.

This latest episode was the best of the season in my opinion. We're back to some good breaking bad.

Though in the next episode preview I see the "two badasses" again... and I'm not looking forward to it.

Am I the only one rooting against Walt? The longer show goes on the more I hope the two cousins throw him in a wood chipper. No redeeming qualities to his character anymore.

Oh, snap! Rivalry!

I wonder how bad it's going to get.
