Here's what we need
Texture Artists:
We will require one or two texture artists depending on how may maps are in the first release, must have good understanding of Photoshop or Paintshop Pro or similar graphics program and also have the ability to convert them into a bump map for use in Half Life 2, these could be two different people one doing textures and one doing the bump mapping but being able to do both is a bonus. A few examples of recent work will be required and we will be looking for Urban, Outdoor, Indoor textures and a hole host of different extra detail ones i.e. Signs, animated computer screens etc.
If you are looking to make textures/poly meshes for models then the above still apples.
Skinners:
Also we need somebody else on the skinning team maybe two, to do all the equipment, vehicles and probably, another weapons skinner because its getting too much for just one person to do.
