Building Blocks download?

If i want to build cars and all the jazz, do i need to download building blocks? Is building blocks a mod or a map? I have the map but i cant Weld stuff. Can someone tell me where to DL/Weld stuff?

Ok thanks! I got the mod.

But how to i weld stuff? (cant find intructions in the readme or anything)

ok i got jbmod i installed it into both sourcemods (new i guess) and the hl2 dir. i still cant get it to work. every time i try to start a game it crashes, a bit o help would be nice
