Bullet Spread ( Pump Shotgun)

Is it in anyway possible you can change the bullet spread of a pump shotgun? i want to make a hunting rifle and I want a single shot.

the bird shot used by goosegoose, which should suffice, gos along the lines of.

(in the console)
sk_plr_num_shotgun_pellets (number of pellets per shell)

sk_plr_dmg_buckshot (damage done by pellets, 1 is standard)

the top line commands how many pellets per shell and the bottom line commands how much damage is done.
