Bulletholes HELP!!

I have a radion 9600 and 512 mb of ram and all my settings are on high and i still cant see the bulletholes on people that are dead

I know that in Counterstrike: Source there is a thing in the options for "decals limit" or something like that, which is mainly bullet-holes, I think. Don't know if it's true for HL2.

I turned my decals limit to the fullest... i still cant see the bulletholes

Hold on a sec.. Bullet holes on people? There is no bullet holes on people or dead people in these games. Only on walls and stuff like that.

"The decal limit sets the maximum amount of decals anywhere. You have to change "ConVar.r_drawmodeldecals" "0" to "1" in dxsupport.cfg in your c:\Steam\SteamApps\username\counter-strike source\bin in order to see the decals on models." if you have that problem with hl2, then dxsupport.cfg is in c:\Steam\SteamApps\username\half-life 2\bin
