Burnout 3: Takedown

I had heard good things about this game so I went and rented it. 6 hours latter, I can tell you this one damn fun game. Anyone have it? If you haven't tried this you need to, regardless of if your a racing fan or not. More addictive than R:TW.

yer i got it for the xbox. I lvoe the other burnout games, and got in to them after hearing them compaired to the classic "outrun" but with better crashes. I have to say with a completion on 63%....im still loving it from time to time

Jesus christ this game is so awesome! Seriously, the sound when you do a takedown and it slows down (sshhhccccceeooooowwww) then you get a kick of bass for a bit adding to the speedy boost thing (ppppouuccchhhh (shit effect, sorry) and then back to normal speed (sshhhccccceeooooowwwwyyyysshhhccccceeooooowwwwyyyshoww!) is reason enough to buy it.

Yeah, I've got it for PS2. It truly rocks. One thing about the ps2 version, the screen flashes in and out really fast (hard to notice). I dunno, its enough to annoy me. Still a great game.

Having played Burnout 3 when I rented it...I love your text-converted sound effects. Quite close to the real thing I must say.

I plan on renting it again...but simply because none of my roomates are interested in playing with me...I won't buy it. SP gets a bit old after a while.
