he should just wire his mouth shut so as to not appear the fool..even though he excels at it:

Bush To Filipino President: "I Am Reminded Of The Great Talent Of The -- Of Our Philippine-Americans When I Eat Dinner At The White House"

PRESIDENT BUSH: Madam President, it is a pleasure to welcome you back to the Oval Office. We have just had a very constructive dialogue. First, I want to tell you how proud I am to be the President of a nation that -- in which there's a lot of Philippine-Americans. They love America and they love their heritage. And I reminded the President that I am reminded of the great talent of the -- of our Philippine-Americans when I eat dinner at the White House.

I cant believe americans voted him into office ..twice. How do you vote for retarded twice?

I dunno... Probably most people who voted for him don't follow the news that often, and when they do it's Fox News type stuff which never attempts to show blunders of republican candidates like that.

And then you have people like me, who came into the whole voting thing naive to the world of politics pretty much, adopting the stances of my father and using that to guide my vote without really actually studying the candidates and getting my own feel for everything.

To quote shawn lock, "He's not stupid, he's just against intelligence"

Hey, it's a compliment.

Plus he probably has a bunch of Filipino friends, so it's totally cool.

Bush didn't win those elections because people thought he was a great candidate, he won because the democrats suck at elections.

Why the hell did the democrats nominate Kerry, in 2004.

Hey, it's a compliment.

"I am reminded of the great qualities of africans-americans everytime I wear a cotton shirt"

"I am reminded of the great qualities of philipino-americans when i find a clean toilet in my hotel room"

"I am reminded of the great qualities of Columbian-americans everytime I buy cocaine""

"I am reminded of the great qualities of russian-americans everytime I pick up a hooker"

^^ compliments

I found him to be the lesser of 2 evils for each election. I don't think he rigged the election (Being that he probably isn't smart enough the even know what that means) but rather, i think that he did a simi better job than either of the douche bags that ran against him.

Who would you rather have in the white house: Round 1

A shithead that thinks we need to save the earth when we don't know how to save ourselves?
Or, a dumbass that will probably leave well enough alone, but at least attempt to make a stand if the country is attacked, whereas Al Gore would have said we should just sit back and let the terrorists bombard our country with attacks.

Who would you rather have in the white house: Round 2

A rambling idiot that raped women and children in Vietnam and thinks he's a hero because they gave him 2 purple hearts for stealing virginities, from little Vietnamese women, and also thinks that because he was near a war zone he's gonna make a good president? (I could not have STOOD to see the state of the union, because his voice would drive me nuts)
Or, that same #2 guy from above, he hasn't been IN a war (In fact, sources say he ran from one) but he has started one with the best of intentions, but it backfired on him, and jhe's just being stubborn, but what the hell, do you really want a creepy rapist as president? pick this guy for god's sake.

Anyway, thats how i view it. :/

People always want to look only at bush and say "How did he GET there?! Well, look at the people he went up against... he was ACTUALLY a better choice. Most Americans would actually tell you that, but you can't watch the media to get your answers, because they'll tell you what they want you to hear, sure, it might be true, but they'll leave out important stuff just to get you to see their way. Look at it from your own research and views, instead of theirs.

I get the feeling you're mocking me, yet the internet makes it a little difficult to pick up on these things.

John Kerry was a rapist? Since when?

Doesn't matter even if he was. Your comment was true to HL2.net fashion.

ya well you're wrong ..especially this laughable part:

"but he has started one with the best of intentions"

so invading a country leading to the deaths/displacement of million is "good intentions"? you've been drinking from the conservative-ninny koolaid for far too long

the idiot or the guy with too much makeup? I think the choice was pretty clear yet the majority voted for the idiot anyways

whereas Al Gore would have said we should just sit back and let the terrorists bombard our country with attacks.

You're right, sending 70 000 troops (and rising) to their deaths has been so much more succesful :hmph:

And I assume your view on Al Gore sitting back and letting your country getting bombed is coming from your ass, right? :dozey:

I dont like bush :naughty:

God, he says one thing and everyone goes D: OMG HE'S SO DUMB.

How many times have we insulted ethnicities on here?
Too many times to freaking count.
The president isn't supposed to be some immortally perfect master of everything.

God, he says one thing and everyone goes D: OMG HE'S SO DUMB.

it's not one thing ..it's several hundred things:

"Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we." ?Washington, D.C., Aug. 5, 2004

"Too many good docs are getting out of the business. Too many OB-GYNs (stern note: OB/GYN = gynacologists) aren't able to practice their love with women all across this country." ?Poplar Bluff, Mo., Sept. 6, 2004

"There's an old saying in Tennessee ? I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee ? that says, fool me once, shame on ? shame on you. Fool me ? you can't get fooled again." ?Nashville, Tenn., Sept. 17, 2002

"If this were a dictatorship, it'd be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator." ?Washington, D.C., Dec. 19, 2000

"People say, how can I help on this war against terror? How can I fight evil? You can do so by mentoring a child; by going into a shut-in's house and say I love you." ?Washington, D.C., Sept. 19, 2002

"Do you have blacks, too?" ?to Brazilian President Fernando Cardoso, Washington, D.C., Nov. 8, 2001

"For every fatal shooting, there were roughly three non-fatal shootings. And, folks, this is unacceptable in America. It's just unacceptable. And we're going to do something about it." ?Philadelphia, Penn., May 14, 2001

"I hear there's rumors on the Internets that we're going to have a draft." ?presidential debate, St. Louis, Mo., Oct. 8, 2004

"Thank you, your Holiness. Awesome speech." --George W. Bush, to Pope Benedict, Washington, D.C., April 15, 2008

"Removing Saddam Hussein was the right decision early in my presidency, it is the right decision now, and it will be the right decision ever." --George W. Bush, Washington, D.C., March 12, 2008

"Tribal sovereignty means that; it's sovereign. I mean, you're a ? you've been given sovereignty, and you're viewed as a sovereign entity. And therefore the relationship between the federal government and tribes is one between sovereign entities." ?Washington, D.C., Aug. 6, 2004

although I do admit sometimes he's not as dumb as he appears:

"I'll be long gone before some smart person ever figures out what happened inside this Oval Office." --George W. Bush, Washington, D.C., May 12, 2008

How many times have we insulted ethnicities on here?

we are not heads of state. We're not on diplomatic missions to establish ties with other governments; he should know better

The president isn't supposed to be some immortally perfect master of everything.

no but he should at least know how to speak english, not make an ass of himself on a routine basis

im fine, but who says im not a girl huh Stern ?!

even better, at least I wont have to endure "omg he's gay" comments ..plus no 5 o'clock shadow to chafe my penor

God I hate when these threads turn into quote arguments.

You're expecting something different? Maybe a civil discussion? Ho, boy.

At least he's dealing with terrorism and not video games.
If Hillary were in office during 9/11, I could bet you Flight Sim would've been bant.

It get's awfully repetetive after a while. Here's what a bush thread should look like:

Bush said something dumb!

facepalm

Lol what an idiot

lol never get's old

facepalm

lol

...until it develops into a discussion that has a point, rather than a quote war that doesn't say two dicks about anything.

I bet you she wouldn't have been focused on video games once she had the seat of president.

ya but a whole shitload of iraqis would still be breathing ..I'd take flight sim being banned over war

Hilary along with Joe Lieberman had been working on an anti gaming bill before she set eyes on the white house. I doubt she would have followed through had she made it to the oval office (bigger fish to fry) but knowing her stance on the issue she's at least receptive to anti-gaming legislation
