Buying E-Tickets off Ebay

Im thinking of getting 2 E tickets to watch a standup show. Thing is the e-tickets are in the sellers name so will I have a problem getting in?

I thought the barcode on the ticket was used to allow entry

BTW E tickets are tickets you print off yourself and show at the door

check with the ticket seller and venue to see if you need to bring any id/credit card with you when you turn up, if not, they can't prove it's not you.

good idea, the thing is alot of people sell regular tickets on Ebay with their names on so it must be OK.

I don't trust Ebay. I think it's a scam.
