Cache needs repairing? HELP!

For some reason I get this message whenever I start up the SDK now:

Error

Mountfilesystem( 207 ) failed: SteamMountFilesystem(2864,207,0x6a0fbfc=,0x6a0fd0c) failed with error 116: Cache needs repair

Can ne1 help me with this?

Common error, search the SteamPowered forums. Try revalidating your SDK:

steam://validate/211

If that doesn't work you can delete the SDK content and download, or fiddle your clientregistry.blob.

i tryed all of them except the fiddling thing but they didnt work. How do i do the fiddling thing? lol

EDIT: sry didnt see the forums, my solution is probly in there
