Call Of Duty Problem

Everytime i try to play Call of Duty UO multiplayer im kicked 30 seconds into the game. It says i have punkbuster on and allow downloads on . It says "Inadequate O/S Privileges". Im also using Omega 4.12 beta drivers.

Any ideas on how to fix this so i can play OU?
