Do the floating cameras really work? I mean are the bad guys smarter on where you are at if you don’t take them out? Just wondered when playing last night.

There was a portion of Das Robos, where you come into a room, and there are like, 5 combine soldiers in the room adjacent to it. Inside the room is a health charger, and a camera hiding in the corner. If you rush in and go for the health charger, the camera would rush you, and if it took a picture of you, the combine would all storm the room.

Yeah. In the bit with the striders if one get's your picture the strider starts targetting you. I think in that bit in route canal were you have the mounted turret(shortly after meeting you're first friendly vort) if you get you're pic taken more troops come than normal.
