Can i load HL2 on @ comps, using same Steam

Hey i got a new comp and i want to load HL2 on it but it says i already have a subscriptions assoiciated with thsi CDKey, how can i do this, im using my same steam login but how can i install the game?

Log out on the other computer first

Then log in on the other comp and download HL2.

OK, well the other computer is turned off, i have the retail version of the game, soo i alread insatalled it, shold i do something different, like do i have to trn the other comp on and log out then try again?
