Can someone please help me with this?

ok , i downloaded this file filled with songs, it is a .rar file , when i go to extract it , it wants a password (there is nothing in the site what so ever about a password) , so i go to download.com and i find these programs that find the password of a .rar file . do u guyz know what a good program is that can find these passwords , or do u know a better way .................thanx

nw909 hit the nail right in the head . They don't want you to extract the file unless you know the password. Good luck on finding it out, dude.

they have the file on the site for the public to download , so they dont care if u extract it. and in the site it doesnt mention anything about a password

E-mail the webmaster and ask him about the password, then.

LOL dude, it is possible to put a password on a zip file which supposedly encrypts it's contents. If this is a file with mp3's it's even more likely, since many hosting companies don't want any mp3's hosted.
