cannot find launch dll

I'm new to hammer. I was experimenting with the tools earlier, and whenever I click "run game", it compiles and then gives me an error message that says, basicly, "cannot find launch dll". I was able to launch the game in steam, though when I closed it, it said "error 47: invalid url. ()" -- (if thats even related.) So my question is, how do I fix it?

What did the compile log say? (The bunch of text that pops up when you click run)

I don't think that URL bit was related.
