Cannot logon to steam

Some reason I cant log into steam and I get this "Steam is having trouble connecting to the Steam servers" odd thing is, I can log into my other account with no problems at all. Problem is, that the account I cannot log into, has all the games I've bought.
Most strangest thing is that I can log into my account on a friend's computer, yet none of my own. Also the steam forums I can't acess either.

Don't know if anyone here has encountered a problem like this before and knows how to fix it.

Ahhh . . . there is an on-going issue with Comcast users not being able to connect to Steam which is currently being investigated.

You should try disconnecting your modem, and reconnecting it 3 minutes later.

Disconnected and reconnected my modem a few times actually. Yet didn't wait 3 minutes, but I'll give it another go.

Just glad to hear its being investigated with Comcast.
Although any idea as to why I can log into any other steam and not my main one?

Iv no idea really, but your not the only one having the issue.

Hmm . . . not too sure why you cannot access the forums. What error message are you getting? Can you connect to the Steam Store?

Not getting any error message with the steam forums, just the whole "Connection timed out" with firefox.
And yes I can acess the steam store page.
