Cant get my Dods dedicated server public

I cant make my dods server public, i choose internet on the network type but when I check lan, its there and not in the internet? How can i get this public?

Have you tried typing in console "sv_lan 0"

doesnt make it public, I have a router. And im very confused on the Port Forwarding

Port forwarding is quite simple. All it requires is that you know your computer's internal IP address (default would be something along the lines of 192.168.1.100) and the port that the server runs on (ie - 27015), you then forward the server port to the internal IP address of the server (make sure both port fields are the same). For the srcds you want to have both port types (TCP and UDP) forwarded to the server.

If you want to play on a server that runs on the same connection, you'll need to use the internal IP address for the server (even if you're on the same computer) to connect to it without getting a Steam Ticket issue.
