Can't Jump in citadel

finished game on normal level using windows 2000-no problems
upgraded to XP -skill level hard on HL2-no problem until the citadel -i can't
jump.I've double checked my keyboard settings.
I would be greatful for any advice or ideas!:cheers:

u just now needed to jump?

try reloading your last save point...
