I'm not able to print any images of any type with any program other than mspaint.
Has anyone ever encountered this before?

Is it only images that are not able to be printed or is it text as well?
What type of printer do you have?
Do you have the print drivers properly installed?
Have you checked to make sure your printer is not low on ink?
Does the printer leave a space for the image and then leave it as white space or does it skip the area the image would take up completely?
I think some printers may have options to only print text (used by people trying to print off website content and so forth) so check in your print options for anything like this.
