Can't remmember steam accout

Hi

I've got two accounts on steam and i can't remmember my old one. Can someone please help me because hlf-life 2 is installed properly on my old account and i want it on my new one. Is there anyway to get my old detailes or is there anything else i can do?

You didn't have to make a new thread for that, you know

But anyway : Just open Steam, and when you have to type in your username and password, there are two buttons below. One of them is called "Retrieve a lost account..." . Click on that button.

Now, select "I don't know my account name." .
Now, select "I remember the CD key I used."
Now type in your CD key. Let it work, and you should get information regarding your account.

If you forgot your password, just redo the course, but this time, select "I know my account name".

If you want to move the game over from one steam account to another you need to send something to valve telling them you want to move the cd-key binded to your old account, and the new account you want. That will cost you $10 of your money, great eh? Maybe you should have made an account and just kept adding games to one of them. You can always change the contact email after all.
