CaPT - Free Music Torrents

Soundtrack to a Vacant Life by The Flashbulb
is a great album leaked by the artist himself onto major torrent sites

There's six torrents on here. Who wants to listen to this shit anyway?

Someone's offering you six albums for free, that's just not enough free stuff for you to appreciate. :stare:

The one I've listened to was Y2lhen. It's basically Nintendo Entertainment System 8-Bit music but long and varied. (If you've ever appreciated the music to Zelda or someshit, then you'll dig this) But I have wildly diverse tastes. I listen to many genres of music.

What do you listen to?

All wonders of metal that contain soul crushing brutality.

Little different than 8bit music to be honest.

Bro, that was a question specifically for Mogi. I see he never came back.

I also listen to classical, electronic, and all kinds of things, but I grew up listening to (real) punk and metal, and classic rock like Pink Floyd.

I can't stand this new 'brutal' metal where they literally regurgitate onto the microphone. What shit.

Show me some good brutal metal on Youtube that you like.

If you mean the growls and screeches, I agree. I much perfer metal where the vocalist actually has some form of proper singing.

Eh...

I'll stick with my Yes and Genesis, thanks.

8-bit is cool, I was being a condescending prick in my previous post. I just pirate most of my music. The only music format I purchase anymore is Vinyl, it's the only format worth spending money on, IMO. Anyways, I'm into many different kinds of music. I could list a bunch of genres but I'd rather just do some name-dropping. Anyways, I'm into Radiohead, Bob Dylan, Devendra Banhart, The Beatles, My Bloody Valentine, Nine Inch Nails, Neutral Milk Hotel, Sigur Ros, Fugazi, Sonic Youth, Neil Young, etc.. So experimental, folk, shoegaze, electronic, hipster shit, whatever, some metal. I used to listen to heavier music a lot more but that's mellowed out over the years, that or I've gotten more pretentious

If you like Neil Young, check out Dinosaur Jr., if you haven't already. The greatest hits album would be a good choice. Like Neil, he is an amazing an exciting guitarist, and his vocals are about as bad as Neil's. Kinda catchy and clever, but the voice is a bit shaky.
